this place was super nice! it was so clean n homely, felt like home right away. the beach is aweeeesome n the playground is right there for the kids. all the staff were really friendly n helpful too, like they actually cared. perfect spot to chill n relax overall.

only thing that sucked was the food at the park restaurant, it was too pricey n not great. also the pool slide was closed when we went, kinda bummed about that.

would definitely come back

Wonderful Family Getaway with Friendly Staff

We loved our one-night stay! The mobile home was clean and well-equipped, perfect for families. We were sad about the closed pool slide but the lifeguard was incredibly friendly. Don't miss out on the local pub, The Black Bull, for a memorable meal just a short walk away!

We had a lovely stay and found it super easy to walk to nearby attractions like All Saints Church, which is just about 1.5 km away, and the beautiful Fraisthorpe Beach, only a short drive about 3.5 km from our place. the kitchen in our mobile home made it so convenient for our family to whip up meals after our adventures, while the friendly staff really enhanced our experience with their helpfulness.

The mobile home at Roseanna Retreat was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Arriving felt lovely. The location is fantastic with a breathtaking coast nearby and a private beach that felt special. Communication from the staff was great, and they were all friendly and helpful. The kids loved the nearby playground, making it perfect for family fun. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent for cooking, with all modern conveniences available. I was disappointed with the food at the park’s pub. it was expensive and not great quality. Fortunately, The Black Bull, a local pub nearby, had excellent food options. One downside was the pool slide being closed due to a lack of lifeguards, a bit of a letdown for the kids. But the lifeguard on duty was super friendly. Despite these issues, the overall experience was very positive, and I hope to book again as my kids are eager to return!
